[Hallc] Hall A/C Data Analysis Workshop program & setup instructions

Dear colleague,

as you may already have seen, the program for the Hall A/C Data Analysis
Workshop next week was posted earlier this week and is now final:

If you are planning to attend and haven't registered yet, please do so
by Friday at the latest and also take the pre-workshop survey:

At the top of the program page under "Resources" you will find a number
of useful links. The page "Software Setup Instructions" gives an outline
of how to set up your laptop for running the interactive tutorials we
are planning to present. The recommended method is to install the
VirtualBox virtual machine software and run our VM image that has been
configured with all the necessary packages. Detailed instructions are
given on the page "Virtual Machine Image download".

At this time, the VM image is a still being finalized, but the file
posted can be used for testing. Switching from the test image to the
final version will be trivial, so feel free to use the current version
to try out your VirtualBox setup. Please note that the image will run on
64-bit machines only. The final version will be posted by Friday; check
the VM download page for updates.

Instructions for remote participation/BlueJeans access will be sent in a
separate email.
