[Hallc] Hall A/C Summer Meeting dates: June 21--22

Hi all,

As in previous years, Halls A and C will be hosting a joint meeting this
summer on June 21--22.  More details can be found in Carlos' mailout
to the Hall A list below.

The Hall C User Group Board is is also renewing 2 of its members this
summer.  Please email nominations to brads at jlab.org (or any other UGB
member).  Self-nominations are OK too!

Dear collaborators,

   Our next collaboration meeting will take place at JLab on **June
21-22**, right after the Users' Group Meeting. As previous years, the
summer meeting will be combined for both Halls A and C and will focus on
the physics of the upcoming experiments.

This meeting will also be followed by a software and analysis workshop
(also combined for Hall A and C) on **June 25-26**.

More details on these meetings will be announced soon, but please save the
dates and plan to attend!

Finally, as every year, the Hall A CC is renewing 2 of its members. We are
calling for nominations (including self-nominations) for these positions in
the Collaboration. Please send me your suggestions by the end of April.
Elections will be organized in May.
