[Hallc] Call for nominations to Hall C User Group Board

As usual, the Hall C User Group Board will be renewing 2 of its members
this summer.  Please email nominations to brads at jlab.org (or any other
UGB member).  Self-nominations are OK too!

Many thanks to those who have already sent in nominations!
