[Hallc] Hall C meeting cancelled for August 5, 2019

Too many people are tied up in the SBS meeting/review today, so the Hall 
C meeting for today is canceled.

The VCS run in Hall C is over and currently tests of the Moller 
Polarimeter are proceeding.  The plan is to go to restricted access 
tomorrow (August 6) morning, about 10AM.
