[Hallc] Hall C Meeting Cancelled for February 11, 2019

As you may have heard, the power supply for the HMS Q2 had an internal 
fire and is not quickly repairable.  (See 
https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3650328 for more information.)  A plan 
is being developed to replace this supply.  Because many key people are 
busy with this, today's weekly Hall C Meeting is canceled.

The run coordinator will hold the regular RC meeting at 4:30 today in 
the counting house.
