[Hallc] [Revised Logentry] Hall C Shifts canceled until Friday DAY shift

Hall C shifts are canceled until Friday DAY shift.  We will condense the target Friday morning, so the target operator should report starting Friday DAY shift.  For now, the shift leader and 3rd shift worker are on Standby for Friday DAY shift.
