[Hallc] [New Logentry] Hall C RC update: Saturday, July 6

The latest update from the Program Deputy is that he estimates beam delivery has shifted later by about a shift (this would mean beam to Hall C swing shift Sunday). This is due to a partial power outage in the South Linac (bad circuit breaker in 2L26).  The affected module was bypassed and beam setup resumed - but investigation and recovery took some time.

Saturday SWING and OWL shift leader and 3rd worker shifts are canceled.  Sunday DAY shift is on standby.  Target operators will be required for all shifts.

There will be no RC meeting today.
