CRITICAL INFORMATION - Directions and Parking

Address: 30 Walters Rd., Newport News

Take a Right out of JLab onto Jefferson, turn Left at Oyster Point light.

Stay straight on Oyster Point all the way to the end (changes name to
Boxley after Warwick, but just keep going) until it T's at Menchville Rd.,
then turn Left onto Menchville Rd.

Stay on Menchville while it bears sharply (90 degrees) to the right around
the Elementary school across from the Farm Park (and changes name to Lucas
Creek), then take your first Left onto Island View Drive. This enters a
   neighborhood called Denbigh Plantation.

Take your first Right onto Cabell and look carefully to your Left. Walters
Rd. will be on the Left nearly immediately and is a private road marked by
stone/cement pillar things and a street sign.

Go straight between the stone pillar things to the end of Walters Rd.
We're in the white "modern farmhouse" with the red porch roof just before
you drive into the water. Look for the coolers on the porch. Welcome!

*IMPORTANT NOTE*: We have somewhat limited parking at the house, so you
might have to park on Cabell somewhere before the stone pillars. Apologies
about the walk down Walters! It's ~2 blocks. We have used before the open
fields on Walters Rd. just before the tree line of the house for parking,
but I didn't yet get in touch with the owner of that property this time so
please don't do this. If the walk is a challenge we have more parking at
the house than we used to now as it's OK to make a line of cars on the
grass between our house and the other little white house next door. You
can also use any paved space in the area in front of our garage that's not
   taken.
