[Hallc] Extension to the Hall C summer running

Hello all,
          Given the problems with ESR and a vacuum valve in the linac, the start up for beam to Hall C
has been slow. The run time for the Hall C summer experiments has been extended to Monday July 22nd.
So please sign up.

To be on both the pion-electroproduction and the VCS experiments you can take 6 shifts ( owl counts as 1.5 shifts)
during the summer run.

The VCS experiment will start on July 8th or 9th.
