[Hallc] Call for nominations to Hall C User Group Board!

As usual, the Hall C User Group Board will be renewing 2 of its members
this summer.  Please email nominations to brads at jlab.org (or any other
UGB member).  Self-nominations are OK too!

It would be best to have the nominations in and begin the vote
roughly a month from now, so please get your nominations in today!
