[Hallc] Hall A and C Weekly Meetings

Hi all,

The Hall A and C weekly meetings are still a go! We'll just meet remotely... and the formats will be a bit different during the isolation. We will go "around the table" and all give short verbal summaries of what we've been working on this past week and what we're planning for the upcoming days - something like the engineering and technical teams already do. This is because we are specifically asked to track progress during this time, and more importantly so that we all can get some feeling in our isolation what's going on.

To the former point, please also send Steve and me a 1-2 bullet summary before Monday 8 am<outlook-data-detector://1>, as we need to distill this into 2 slides to report for each Hall to the Division.
