Hall A&C physics staff and users:
As the lab enters the 2020 Schedule Accelerator Down (SAD), JLab remains at MEDCON 5. This means that we must continue to minimize the number of people working within specific areas as well as the number of people simultaneously at the lab. To aid this, we have setup a planning calendar to help level the number of Hall A/C staff and users simultaneously working at the lab.
This calendar is at:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/13aA4sksSYSNjLitro7fOUhCNuG4LpawTBwJskHOCbd0/edit#gid=0
To use this calendar, simply put your name and work location next to the dates you plan to work at the lab. If you are flexible in when you visit the lab, you can use this to choose days and shifts (day vs. evening) when fewer people are working. (The engineering and technical groups do not need to use this as those groups are doing their own planning.)
Note, putting your name on the spreadsheet does not give you "permission" to work at the lab. You still must be listed on the Physics Division "Staffing Plan for the 2020 Scheduled Accelerator Down”. (https://physdiv.jlab.org/2020MedConOps/2020SADStaffingReport.pdf) If there is someone not listed in this document who is essential for carrying out the Critical/Essential Activities detailed in the plan, please contact Thia or Steve.
Links to the spreadsheet, the staffing plan, COVID-19 training and the
COVID-19 OSP are at
