Greetings colleagues,

You have likely heard by now that I will be moving shortly to the role of AD for Experimental Nuclear Physics. I wanted to take a moment to let you all know what a joy it has been to work with the amazing people of Halls A and C. Truly, not just words. Thank you.

I also get to let you know that you will have amazing people still to manage the Halls and move our science forward... We will start an immediate search for a new Hall A/C Lead. Happily in the meanwhile, Mark Jones has agreed to step up from his current Deputy Hall A/C Lead position to the Acting Lead position. As you all know, Mark has extensive experience in both Halls A and C, and is a clear expert. Javier Gomez will move to the Acting Deputy position, while maintaining also his position as a MOLLER CAM and also ensuring success of the requisite Hall dependencies for the project. Steve Wood will also be supporting Mark and Javier for the few months before his transition to user date (I don't like thinking of this as a retirement). I have full confidence that this team will do an excellent job with the challenge of Halls A/C as we open the search for a replacement Hall A/C Leader. Please support and welcome them.

With thanks again and very best regards,
Thia
