[Hallc] [EXTERNAL] Hall C User Group Board

Dear Collaborators,

Following our recent online election, I am pleased to inform you that 
Pete Markowitz and Bill Henry will be joining us on the Hall C User 
Group Board. Our thanks to all six candidates who agreed to participate 
in the election and to everyone who voted.

As we welcome Pete and Bill, we also extend our grateful thanks to Holly 
and Dipangkar as their terms on the board come to an end.
