[Hallc] Draft paper on the EMC effect in 10B and 11B - 2nd draft

Dear Hall C/EMC collaborators -

Thanks to everyone who provided comments on the first draft of the paper 
on the EMC effect in Boron.  Please find attached the second draft of 
this paper.  In addition to updates to the text, the format of second 
figure has been updated.  If you have comments on this second draft, 
please send them by Friday, June 24.

Also, even if you do not have any specific comments on the paper draft, 
please respond that you agree to be an author.  In keeping with APS 
guidelines (https://www.aps.org/policy/statements/guidlinesethics.cfm), 
a response is required to be listed as an author on this paper.
