[Hallc] paper from the E12-15-001 (VCS) experiment

Dear colleagues,

Please find attached the final version of the paper on the measurement of the generalized polarizabilities of the proton (E12-15-001).
The paper is now being submitted to Nature Physics.

We would like to thank the collaboration for the constructive comments and suggestions on the manuscript.

Among the many updates on the manuscript please note the following:
The details on the study of the Q2-dependence of the electric polarizability are now given in the Methods section (e.g. see page 11 and the Extended Data Figure 2).
Also, following the comments that we received, all the world-data for the GPs have been included in the fits (namely, there is no selection or arbitrary exclusion of any data-point).
