[Hallc] Hall A experiment and shifts

Dear collaborators,

The second half of the SBS GEn-II experiment (+A_LL) in Hall A is scheduled to begin in three weeks, 11-Sep-2023 and will run for ~8 weeks.  At this time we have only 50% of our shifts filled.  Please consider signing up as soon as possible.  As a reminder,  you can be included as an author on more than one of the SBS Form Factor papers by spreading your shift requirement over multiple experiments.  Details are at the top of the shift signup page.

Please encourage your students to join us.  We will train new target operators.
