[Hallc] Winter Hall C Meeting 12-13 January - 2nd circular

Happy New Year! Our annual Hall C Winter Meeting is about a week away. It will take place in-person at JLab 12-13 January.

The program includes analysis updates and talks on Hall C in the future including opportunities with a possible energy upgrade and positrons.  Please note that the Hall C Business meeting is open to all and we hope that you will be there to share your thoughts and pave the the path forward for Hall C in the future.
