Dear Colleagues,

The notes and slides from the Quarterly Analysis meeting analysis 
meeting are available on the DocDB -

I will upload the recording as soon as it's available.

As mentioned in the discussion session, the SHMS NIM paper still needs 
finalising. It might be quite a long time since people have taken a look 
at the latest draft so I have attached it for review.

It's nearly there, but is missing a few key plots and acommpanying 
explanatory text. If you get a chance, please have a read over the draft 
again. If you're interested in volunteering to help out and get it over 
the line then please get in touch!
