[Hallc] Announcement of NEW Hall C User's Group bylaws/CoC

Dear All,

The Hall C SC has been working on updating the Hall C User Group bylaws to replace the outdated ones from 2008. You can find the draft of the new bylaws/CoC at this link: https://hallcweb.jlab.org/wiki/images/f/f4/HallCByLawsCoC_final.pdf


The draft will be discussed on Thursday 6/29 at 9:15am ET in the Hall C Business Meeting, followed by an email poll. Please bring any major comments/questions to the business meeting. Please also feel free to send any textual comments to the Hall C group leader (jones at jlab.org<mailto:jones at jlab.org>) and the SC Chair (hornt at jlab.org<mailto:hornt at jlab.org>).

We would also like to take this opportunity to ask everyone to check the Hall C User's list here (sign in with CUE credentials):
