[Hallc] Hall C Winter Meeting registration closes on Jan 13th

Hi,
           Reminder to everyone that the deadline to register for the Hall C
Winter meeting is Jan 13th. Students are free, but should register
so we can keep track. Remote is free, but please register so we can keep
track. The link to the Zoom in on the indico page.
          The Hall C winter meeting is next week on Thursday Jan 18th and Friday 19th
in Cebaf Center Auditorium.

We will have the photo group during the break at noon on Jan 18th.

Note to speakers:


  *   send to your convener or to Bill Henry (wmhenry at jlab.org) the title of your presentation, in case you want an alternative name to the one published in the Indico agenda.
  *   please check your time slot in case of last minute conflict.
  *   do not forget to upload your talk before your presentation.


Remember that there is a joint Hall A/C reception on Wed. Jan 17th
from 4-6pm in the Great room at the SURA residence facility.
