[Hallc] talks on future experiments in Hall C

Dear All, 

We are currently coordinating the organization of the upcoming winter Hall C meeting (Jan. 13-14th). We are seeking speakers for the session on "future experiments", either people who are planning to put a new proposal at the next PAC or already put on LOI/proposals within the last 2 years and plan to either extend them to new ideas or put a new/updated one... Note, we have separate sessions for the already approved and planned experiments. This session is intended to discuss new projects, new ideas, new perspectives and for you to get feedback from others. 

We have limited slots, therefore if you are interested in making a presentation in this session, please contact me in response to this email asap (and by deadline Nov. 20th). If we get too many requests, we will prioritize by novelty in ideas or equipment, other talks you may already have, junior people... Talks will be in person.
