[Hallc] Please sign up for LAD shifts in Hall C

Dear Hall C User -

The beam startup has gone a bit slower than hoped, but after work in the 
machine yesterday, beam setup is progressing rapidly with beam to Hall C 
expected sometime between swing shift today and day shift tomorrow.

There are several shifts available in the near term (swing shift 
starting today, day shift Thursday, owl shifts starting Friday). Please 
consider signing up and contributing to this exciting experiment which 
will provide crucial information about the origins of the EMC Effect!
