hall with Jens Dilling, the Director of Jefferson Lab  at 2 PM EST (lab local time) on Thursday,
December 18 and will be hosted on the Zoom webinar platform.

A Town Hall with the Director


The Jefferson Lab Users Organization (JLUO) board invites you to participate in a virtual town hall with Jens Dilling, the Director of Jefferson Lab, to discuss issues of importance to the user community pertaining to the nuclear physics program at the lab, including the impact of the government shutdown, plans for the upcoming run schedule of CEBAF, and the general status of the lab.


The event will take place at 2 PM EST (lab local time) on Thursday, December 18 and will be hosted on the Zoom webinar platform.  Connection details will be provided.

Representatives of the board will consolidate the questions and provide them to Jens prior to the event.  The event will be moderated by Ioana Niculescu and me.  After each question is answered, we will allow live follow-up questions on the same topic as time permits.


Through this event, the JLUO board aims to promote an open exchange with the lab directorate on the strategy for a healthy future nuclear physics program at CEBAF and within the broader community.  We hope that you will join us for this discussion.
