[Hallc] Poster session for students and early career people: we have available slots

Dear All, 

I would like to bring your attention to the workshop we are organizing the last week of July (see Indico link below). While the workshop is mainly focused on exclusive physics and global fits/computing techniques, we decided this year to have an open poster session on Monday afternoon, in order to have students present their work. The poster session is open to any topic (doesn't have to be related to the rest), graduate students but also undergrads and postdocs are welcome to participate too. 

If you are a student or are a professor with students who are at JLab in July, please consider participating in this poster session. We will waive the fee (on a first come first serve basis up to the limit of our budget) for all students and this will also enable you to participate in the rest of the workshop. 

You can submit an abstract for a poster. A simple email to me is fine to. Indico page: https://indico.phys.vt.edu/event/66/
Registration deadline is July 14th. Beware we can't take late registrations. Feel free to forward this email to whoever may be interested.
