Dear Hall C Collaborators,
     Attached please find the current draft of a paper from the Pt-SIDIS
experiment of 2018-2019 that we intend to submit to the arxiv and Phys.
Rev. C in three weeks time: ie Aug. 14th, 2025.
     Please check the author list, and let me (bosted at jlab.org) if you
think your name is missing or if you wished to be removed s an author.
