[Hallc] Transition Region g2p Proposal

Dear Collaborators,

We will submit a new iteration of our proposal to measure the proton's 
g2 spin structure function in the transition region for 0.22 < Q2 < 2.2 
GeV2 in Hall C. This proposal was previously conditionally approved with 
C2 status by PAC52 and we hope to obtain full approval this year.

suggestions on this iteration of the proposal, or if you would like to
