[Hallc] [EXTERNAL] Results of the vote to change the Hall C bylaws

Dear Hall C Colleagues,
Thank you for voting on the proposed changes to the Hall C bylaws. There were 34 votes cast (the quorum is 12) and 79% (27) voted to approve the changes. The changes to the bylaws are approved.

But, given the sizeable opposition to the changes we will continue the discussion during the business meeting at the upcoming Winter meeting (official meeting annoucement is coming soon). The business meeting is scheduled for the morning session on Jan 26. Please participate and bring up your concerns.
