[Hallc] Hall C PRC paper on Pt-SIDIS

Dear Hall C researchers,
     We invite you to look over the second draft of a "long paper" on the
Pt-SIDIS experiment, which took data in 2018.
     If we missed putting you on the author list, please let me know
(email bosted at jlab.org). Even if you are not an author, we welcome your
feedback.
    Please put any comments or corrections in the Word document in this
