Below is the link for the Hall C Collaboration Meeting on 8/15-8/16.
Please be sure to register <u><b>BEFORE</b></u> the conference as
we need a full head count of who's attending for catering purposes,
dinner reservations, and JLab accountability. <br>

This is our new policy and procedures for all Collaboration meetings
going forward. The directions to follow for each group is given
below. Please let me know if you have any questions on this
procedure. <br>

Permanent Staff or Facility Member: Please click on the regular
button to pay the $20 fee. <br>
<br>
Student: Please click on the student button and there is no fee. <br>
<br>
Post Doc: If you will be reimbursed from your university or lab
please click on the regular button to pay the $30 fee. If you do
not have the appropriate funds or cannot be reimbursed please click
on the student button so there is no fee. <br>
<br>
Remote Access: Please click on the remote button and there is no
fee. <br>
