Dear Colleagues,

Just a quick reminder that the second quarterly analysis meeting
is coming up at 13:00 Eastern on the 26th of January.

As with last time, there's a DoCDB page for the meeting -
https://hallcweb.jlab.org/doc-private/DisplayMeeting?conferenceid=36

Just to point out, there is space for another talk (or another
two at most!) if you have something analysis or software related
you would like to present.

This could be work in progress, something that you finished a
while back but didn't get around to sharing or even a problem
you're stuck on right now. If you think it'll be useful to other
Hall C users then please send me an email and let me know you want
to be added to the schedule.

In addition to the planned talks, there will be a discussion
session following up on some of the items raised in the Hall C
meeting last week. To name a few -

Spectrometer Performance and Future Upgrades WG - Do we fold
this meeting into this WG or not, plans and initiatives tied to
the WG

DC refurbishment

The SHMS NIM paper, what's still needed

Kaon decay updates to SIMC

Developing a Hall C software container

Planning a future analysis/software workshop at JLab

Tracking algorithms, future changes and improvements -
Dedicated meeting in April?

and I'm sure there's some I've missed, there was lots to discuss!

Thanks, Stephen
