      <p>

        Thank you to everyone that has taken the time to read, comment

        and edit the draft of the SHMS NIM paper so far. The latest

        draft, incorporating these edits, is attached for reference.<br>

        In preparation for submission, we need to fill out the

        acknowledgements section with relevant grant numbers.

        <b>Can you please either add to the draft (or forward on) grant

          numbers (and funding agencies) associated with SHMS

          construction efforts from your institution.<br>

          <br>

        </b>Additionally please review the author list carefully. Again,

        either add or forward on any changes relevant to this list.

        <b>This includes ORCID information, if you have it available and

          would like to add it.</b></p>

        As a reminder, for authorship on the SHMS NIM paper, we are

        focusing on people who built the equipment, significantly

        contributed to calibration software, contributed to the

        calibration or evaluating the performance of the detectors, or

        helped with the writing and/or supplied figures. So students

        involved in the analysis of experiments using the SHMS would be

        included.</div>

      <p>Please forward this information on by the <b>15th of July</b>.

        We intend to submit the paper to the arXiv and NIMA shortly

        after this date.<br>
