[Hallc_compton] Hall C Compton Working Group: Final Agenda

Hi all -

The "final" agenda for the Hall C Compton Working Group is below. Note 
that this meeting conflicts with "Commissioning Working Group Meeting", 
but I could find no other suitable time.

Time for the Compton construction is running short, so I hope that the 
presentations can describe briefly what has been accomplished recently 
and then focus on the jobs that remain and identifying how we will get 
them done.
