[Hallc_compton] moving the compton DAQ to the counting house

Hi All,
We have decided to move the Compton DAQ to the counting house on May 3rd (first
working day of May). In the counting house cdaql4 (to be confirmed) been
assigned as the DAQ computer. Please be ready for this move. All detector tests
will have to continue in the counting house following the move.
