Log:
these crl allow independant one-only at a time event mode or accumulation mode readout, the AccumWithScalar.crl reads out newly added scalars by Wouter; the crl also resets all v1495 buffers at coda 'GO' and 'END', this was found necessary in the accmulation mode, where we were seeing events from previous run, this edetector.flags also has the latest used masking value which has been optimized as of this date
