And finally all this has to be included in the readout list somehow.  This is
the commit with modifications to the TS crate readout list to work with CODA
2.6.1, the TIR in branch 1, and the scalers.  The TS takes now the actual MPS
signal as input (not a fake MPS) so it might vary in the next few weeks as
PREx sometimes needs 120 Hz helicity flip.
