Log:
The Compton helicity data is now read out correctly and can be used in the
analyzer.  As soon as the photon and electron detector subsystems support
subtraction, addition, and ratio this will give us asymmetries.  Subbanks
were changed to be compatible with Qweak numbering convention (no ROC0).
