Log:
updated the master board firmware to implement multi plane trigger for the overlap region also; updated the slave firmware to see more of pipeline delay outputs; slave is at firmware revision 320F, master is at firmware revision AA05; we are using the slave in 32 bit readout, the master has the default 16 bit readout firmware
