Log:
the older parameters 'PWTL' & 'PWDL' in header file changed to be used as 'PWTL1' & 'PWTL2'
new buffer space created for recording the accumulation mode data corresponding to the new PWTL2

the C file has been udpated with additional function to implement readout of new accummode data from pwtl2
and to read and write the values of pwtl1 and pwtl2
