Log:
deleted the files which had replica by a different name
for the new set of PWTL1 & 2 to be applicable, elements of the reconditioning and higher hierarchies were changed appropriately.
the file with the address of all registers has also been updated.
some old trivial additions to the Trigger file are also going in with this revision
