[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] Hall C update

Hall C was placed in Beam Permit earlier this afternoon and the arc power supply was re-certified with the PSS. After re-certification, we were informed by MCC that good progress is being made with the higher pass (Hall D) beam setup - to maintain momentum, the Hall C 1-pass setup is deferred.  If problems come up with the higher pass setup overnight, they may return to setting up 1 pass in Hall C.  

At this point, the exact timing of Hall C setup is unclear, but it's possible we could see some beam in the hall tomorrow during the day or swing shifts.

Right now we are in Controlled Access to allow trouble-shooting the HMS Q2 power supply.  

For tonight, Swing and Owl shift target operators are required. I would like to request that shift leaders also come in, but "3rd" shift workers  are "on call".

Day shift Tuesday should show up as scheduled.
