[Hallc_running] Organizing the commissioning analysis

In an effort to help organize the commissioning analysis,
I think that it will be useful to have a meeting about
organizing the commissioning analysis directly
after the usual 1pm in the Hall C counting house.
There has been a lot of work for commissioning detectors.
It will good to coordinate a bit between different
activities and make sure nothing is slipping through
the cracks.
