[Hallc_running] NO Hall C RC meeting today (Thursday)

Hi all -

THERE WILL *NOT* BE A RC MEETING TODAY, THURSDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2017.

We will hold a meeting at 1300 Friday in the counting house conference room.
On Friday we should have a prognosis for the SHMS dipole as well as 
preliminary
results from some of the calibration and test runs that have been taken 
this week.
