[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] Hall C RC update: Tuesday 8/21

Beam setup is progressing, but will be paused today for more work on 2L07.  Beam will not be sent to Hall C tonight, so Tuesday SWING and Wednesday OWL shifts are on standby (no need to report, but make sure your contact information is available to the RC).

There is the possibility of beam to Hall C Wednesday afternoon - Wednesday DAY shift does not need to report until noon.
