[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] Hall lock-up at NOON today

Beam energy change has made good progress overnight. The plan is to lock-up the Halls around noon and start beam delivery. Hall C will be first, so please be ready and out of the Hall around 11AM.

SL shift today DAY is on standby (but should be ready to come in around noon if called). All shifts starting this SWING (SL+TO) are required.
