<p><strong>Accelerator and experiment status</strong>:</p><ul><li>The accelerator is down due to CHL1 transformer issues. Injector studies and the RF recovery work continues. </li><li>Hall C is in restricted access. </li><li>The remaining CHL1 transformer has been inspected and shows sign of degradation. So the option of pumping down with only one transformer cannot be pursued. The new pair of transformers is in process of being shipped and expected to be delivered by Sunday. The two transformers need to be connected, installed, and enclosed. The goal is to finish one transformer by March 19, the other transformer by March 22, and to restart by March 26. In this optimistic scenario, there would be one week of data taking before the end of the spring run on April 6. However, facilities might need more time to connect, install, and enclose the new transformers. </li><li>There is an option for low-energy running (1GeV per pass) starting on March 16.</li></ul><p><stro
 ng>Shifts</strong>: Hall C shifts have been cancelled until (and including) the owl shift on Wednesday, March 14.
