<p><strong>Accelerator and experiment status</strong>:</p><ul><li>The accelerator is down due to CHL1 transformer issues. The estimates for the replacement of the CHL1 transformers, the restoration of CEBAF, and the continuation of the physics run have been changed in the last 24 hours.</li><li>The new transformers have arrived on Saturday and need to be connected, installed, and enclosed. The first transformer has been craned into position and has been successfully tested. The goal is to complete the work on the transformers by Saturday, March 17, and to pump down CHL1 on Sunday, March 18. Wednesday, March 21, is the current estimate for beam restoration and Wednesday, March 28, is the current estimate for accelerator operation at full energy. </li><li>Hall C is in restricted access.</li></ul><p><strong>Shifts</strong>: Hall C shifts have been cancelled until (and including) the owl shift on Monday, March 19. The shift crews have been noticed and the shift schedule has been upd
