[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

Since yesterday we completed kinematic settings 8P, 9P and group 9. 

The beam is off now for RF recovery with the expectation that the beam restoration to halls will start around 3 pm. We will set the SHMS magnets for data taking at kinematic group 10.

The hall is now in controlled access to allow work on the SHMS Heavy Gas Cherenkov (replacement of 2 PMTs).

There will be no daily RC meeting today (MCC Wednesday meeting at 1:30 pm + the 12 GeV dedication event at 2:30 pm).
