[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: RC daily update

After follow-up with the PD, they are currently still working to shrink the beam spot size down going into Hall C. Jay and others from CASA are currently focused on the Hall C beam line. Depending on their results, Hall C can possibly expect to see beam sometime late in the swing shift. I'll send an update once we have beam and know the stability. It may be reasonable to assume at this moment that we could be establishing beam set up (BPM, ion calibration) and performing the SHMS beam line deflection test during owl, but that remains to be seen.
