[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] SWING and OWL shift canceled, DAY on standby

Due to the accelerator down,  SWING and OWL shifts are canceled.

The DAY shift is on standby and we will give 2 hours notice to come in. We do not expect beam before noon tomorrow.
